Teaching
Njagi is a faculty member of the University of Nairobi (2002 to date) where he plans and delivers Immunology and laboratory management lecture series to medical and science degree students of the University of Nairobi.
Training
Njagi organizes and provides trainings on HIV and AIDS; sexual and reproductive health and Health System Strengthening to enhance healthcare workers skills and performance. He has also coordinated training for Physicians in HIV/AIDS in Kenya, Ethiopia, and Tanzania using a “training of trainers” (TOT) model on behalf of Kenya Medical Aociation (KMA) under the Africa Regional Capacity Building Network for HIV/AIDS Prevention, Care, and Treatment (ARCAN) program.
